HSN's successes have all come from the hard work and growing voice of its member agencies. Several local policymakers have repeated the belief that the nonprofit community is a "sleeping giant" in the public policy arena, and have advised greater organization. HSN seeks to ensure that nonprofits, facing a common set of challenges, are not alone.
Membership in HSN is open to all nonprofit organizations that provide health and/or human services to vulnerable San Franciscans. Membership dues are based on the size of the agency's budget:

$250,000 - $499,999
$500,000 - $999,999
$1 - $1.9 million
$2 - $2.9 million
$3 - $4.9 million
$5 - $9.9 million
$10 - $19.9 million
$20 million or greater

If your organization is a new member or has not been a member for at least five years, we offer a one-year 50% new member discount on dues.
